Massage sessions are specifically tailored to your individualized needs. From deep relaxation to detoxification, muscle and tension release, deep tissue and Myofascial work, we will work together to create the perfect session for you. Keep in mind that the length of each session will somewhat dictate what can be accomplished in that session and that sessions have the potential to make a powerful change with repetition and over time.
Sessions can be booked with the following options: 30 min./$60, 60 min./$100, 90 min./$165 or 120 min./$235.
CranioSacral Therapy, known as CST, is a gentle hands-on method that evaluates and enhances the physiological body system known as the craniosacral system. The role of the practitioner is to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functions of the central nervous system. By assisting the body in its natural healing processes, CST is used as a preventative health measure to aid the body in resisting disease, and is seen as beneficial for a wide range of medical problems in relation to pain and dysfunction, including: migraine headaches, chronic neck and back pain, motor-coordination impairments, autism, central nervous system disorders, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, scoliosis, infantile disorders, learning disabilities, chronic fatigue, emotional difficulties, stress and tension-related problems, fibromyalgia and other connective-tissue disorders, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), neurovascular or immune disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and post-surgical dysfunction. 60-minute CranioSacral Therapy Sessions are $100.

Intuitive Sessions can be individually tailored to the client’s specific wonderings or can be left more open to seeing what arises during that time. Intuitive sessions are designed to assist in identifying "stuck" patterns and "old" ways of being so that clients can create paths to more meaningful ways of living. Sessions usually commence with a short guided relaxation. A question may be asked by the client or practitioner to get the energy moving and then a back-and-forth dialogue unveils wisdom to guide you to personal growth. Intuitive sessions are done in a spoken format. Please be prepared to bring something to take notes with.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are priced are $100 per session.
Prenatal massages are offered to women in their second and third trimester. Massages are done in a side lying position with pillows to provide the most comfortable experience possible. These sessions will help mothers-to-be ease discomfort and tension, reduce stress and find deep relaxation. It’s a wonderful gift to give yourself during a time when your body is giving so much to create new life.

Children's Therapeutic Sessions incorporate the use of CranioSacral and energy work to allow children who are experiencing blockages, sensory distress or emotional/physical deregulation to find their way back to center. These sessions are generally a lot shorter in length as smaller systems work more efficiently. Parents are invited to stay for the first session and then for any subsequent sessions where it's deemed useful. If you are not sure if a session might be right for your child, please contact us.

Transformational Bodywork takes a massage session to the next level. By utilizing additional therapeutic tools like personalized music, essential oils, crystals and stones, we enhance the mind/body connection allowing you to connect points of physical tightness or discomfort with past experiences and ways of being. Combining the massage techniques of deep relaxation, detoxification, muscle and tension release, deep tissue or Myofascial work allows you to truly make that leap from your physical body to a broader sense of overall wellbeing. Keep in mind that the length of each session will somewhat dictate what can be accomplished in that session and that sessions have the potential to make a powerful change with repetition and over time.
